Whenever my son complains about his teacher constantly screaming at the class, taking away recess, or being generally "mean", I try to ask him to see it from her side and explain that she's probably just stressed because her job is difficult. To be honest, though, I think his teacher really is just plain old mean and kind of awful. What should I say to my son?
